We all love shiny things… unfortunately, so do the locals.
Today’s culprit: a butterfly that decided our survey target was the perfect landing pad. While it might look great, it’s not ideal when you’re chasing millimetre accuracy.
A small reminder that even the best gear and workflows can be at the mercy of nature now and then — part of the fun of working out on site.

Great to see the city view from the Elysian project. With top-down construction, there is a lot happening right under our feet! Stoked to be working alongside Kalmar as the main contractor.
Survey Group recently used the HP SitePrint to complete setout across nine storeys on a major refurbishment project.
The system allowed us to mark out framing, penetrations, text, and door locations with speed and precision, delivering efficient, accurate layouts on-site.
We get to work in some incredible places, but the focus never changes.
Another day, another site to get right. We are just making sure everything is exactly where it needs to be from day one.
You have got to be spot-on with these first marks to make sure the project is set up for success.
