Team Day 2026

The national CI team was back at One New Zealand Stadium on Friday for a special team day. With keynote speakers, future planning and a tour of the stadium's amazing event spaces, the day was packed full of content and fabulous food. Sessions provided an opportunity to check in with ourselves and connect as a team glancing back and looking ahead, embracing innovation and turning ideas into action. A highlight was seeing our brand and smiling faces taking over many of the screens throughout the stadium!

Tonight we are live with a different type of event.

The New Zealand Society for Oncology is hosting an Oncology Immunotoxicity Webinar Series packed with free educational resources for the professional Oncology community. Every two months, a new episode will be hosted live with guest speakers and real-time Q&A. The episodes will then be uploaded to the new association website to remain available for longer-term reference.

We're proud to have been entrusted to redesign and launch the new website and provide the online delivery and live support for these wonderful webinars.

You guessed it, we’re adding to our busy team with a full-time position available in our Christchurch HQ. We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team, so if you love events, go above and beyond for your colleagues and clients and work well under pressure (and with a smile), you may just be the person we’re looking for.

What a lovely bunch!

We've spent these last two days at the Grand Millennium Auckland, delivering the Gastro Registrars Annual Training for the New Zealand Society of Gastroenterology. These two days always fly by, packed with back-to-back informative presentations by 16 medical specialists and leaders in the field of Gastroeneterology.

Some of the CI Christchurch team had the pleasure of attending a special events industry tour of the wonderful new One New Zealand Stadium - spot the proud Cantabrians grinning in every photo! They explored the many event spaces, the player therapy and locker rooms and even got up close and personal with the immaculately maintained field.

This is such a spectacular facility to have in the heart of our city - thank you Business Events Industry Aotearoa and Venues Ōtautahi for hosting us.

15 years!

Did you know, our Event Technology Manager, Anna, is also an experienced Project Manager? Her extensive experience means she knows how best to use technology to enhance the attendee experience.

From websites to apps and everything digital in between, Anna keeps things clicking and today she has been with us for an incredible 15 years - Happy Anniversary Anna!

Once in a Lifetime!

Brooke was thoroughly spoiled on an incredible famil over the weekend, hosted by the fabulous Bree and Meegan from ChristchurchNZ. From guided walks, paddling on the Ōtakaro Avon to street art and a dawn soak in the hot pools at He Puna Taimoana, Christchurch really turned it on!

Numerous site visits were mixed with wining and dining and of course, the first ever concert at One New Zealand Stadium. There was even time for a snap outside the SIX60 Tiny House with Kaylee Bell herself! Thank you for an unforgettable experience showcasing Ōtautahi at its very best.
