Hello everyone,

Apologies for the delay in providing an update, however I am pleased to confirm that the 2023 7's training programme will commence on Monday, 18th September, and Wednesday, 20th September 6.30pm at the Mt Albert Rugby League Club.

Auckland Club 7's event, will be held at Waitamata on the 12th of November 2023.

A great opportunity to catch the All Blacks 7s and Black Ferns 7s in action vs their Australian counterparts this weekend.

Head out to Grammar TEC Rugby Club Inc. to get your fix of 7s action on Friday and Sunday - for FREE.

& don't forget to head in early if you're at Eden Park for The Blues v 'Tahs as the 7s KO at 3pm!
