It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of Dida’s Wine Lounge on Jervois Road.

For 19 years, Dida’s has been more than just a wine lounge—it’s been a gathering place, a cornerstone for our community, and a site full of memories. Opening in 2005 as our first hospitality venture, Dida’s has always held special significance for our family. The lounge was named in honour of my great-grandfather, who was also my aunty Angie’s grandfather, and the legacy he left behind.

We are immensely proud of what we’ve achieved over the years, introducing many of you to new wines, spirits, and beers, and sharing countless special moments together.

However, the challenges currently facing the hospitality industry have led us to make the difficult decision to close.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to the incredible staff, both past and present, who poured their passion and dedication into making Dida’s a warm, welcoming place. Your smiles, service, and hard work have shaped the unforgettable legacy of Dida’s, and we are deeply grateful.

As we close this chapter, the space that Dida’s occupies will rest for a while. This isn’t the end of the story—there will be something new and exciting on the horizon, so watch this space.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey. Your support has been invaluable, and we carry forward the legacy of Dida’s with pride.
