Last year was about more than numbers, it was the second year since I quit my engineering job and opened Smashed Potatoes. It is still scary to run a business in this economy but we keep pushing and enjoying the ride.
Last year 140+ different events, full ovens, tons of potatoes, and a new addition to the fleet, a takeaway shop in the heart of the city.
