The step-mums. The foster mums. The grandparents who stepped in. The dads who became both parents. The aunties, mentors, chosen whānau, and the people who never officially carried the title… but absolutely carried the role. 💖

To all the mothers and nurturers in every form, we celebrate you today. 🌿

To the ones who nurtured.
Who showed up.
Who provided the tough love when it was needed, the hugs when they mattered, the rides, the advice, the kai, the encouragement, the “you’ll be alright” talks, and the safe place to land.

Motherhood doesn’t look one particular way anymore — and honestly, maybe it never really did. It’s found in the people who care deeply, protect fiercely, and quietly help shape the lives around them with aroha, strength, and patience.

So today, we celebrate all versions of that love.
Whether you’ve raised tamariki, helped raise others, supported from the sidelines, or simply been “that person” someone could count on — we see you. ✨
