Our exercise method is based on the principles of Dr Moshe Feldenkrais, biomechanics, exercise physiology & somatic arts & sciences. We work on integration rather than isolation of individual parts of the body and include mentally challenging exercises to improve the learning of better body skills that emphasize less push-pull, more flow with less pain and more gain.
