GET INVOLVED THIS JUNE
Building a stronger community doesn’t always require a big commitment. Sometimes it starts with simply knowing your neighbours, checking in on someone who lives alone, attending a community event, or lending a helping hand when it’s needed.
This month’s Neighbourhood Support New Zealand theme is “Get Involved” a reminder that connected communities are safer, stronger, and more resilient.
Whether you become a Street Contact, volunteer at an event, learn emergency preparedness skills, or simply take the time to get to know your neighbours, every contribution makes a difference.
None of it would be possible without the dedicated volunteers who give their time and aroha to make Neighbourhood Support Tāmaki Makaurau what it is.
Together, we are building stronger, safer, and more connected communities.
