We’re underway on a new Parnell project collaborating with Paramount Construction NZ, getting the Ironsand Enviroclad TPO system down first before moving into the Spanlok roof and gutters.

We’ve gone with Enviroclad for its long-term watertight protection, made for NZ conditions with UV resistance and heat-welded seams. Plus it’s BRANZ appraised, CodeMark certified, and backed by a 20-year warranty.

The team’s been firing on this project, and we’re looking forward to seeing the full system come together.

• Make sure their timelines sound realistic since overpromising at the start usually leads to delays

• Visit one of their current sites if you can because tidy work and an organised crew are easy to spot in person
