It is with great delight that we passed another clean and final inspection today with the Auckland Council team.

This project we have taken through from council preparations to final product.

We will get some better photos through soon- but for now here’s a sneak peak at the finished product.

Progress!!
So good to get the insulated panel roof on last Monday with this job.

Insulated panels are a great way to insulate a roof and walls on a building all in one step.

Problem solving, getting creative and finding solutions has very much been the theme on this job

Great news - Here’s an update on one of our projects

Great to be finally getting into this dream shed space.

Great to have hand over yesterday on this dwelling. All ready for the families 90 year old mother to move in tomorrow.

Here’s an update on 2 projects going at the moment.

The reclad has been inspected, treated, insulated and wrapped for its final wrap.

The garage conversion is all gibbed and the stoppers in making some nice smooth lines for us.

With experience in Reclads for both Waikato and Auckland council we can help from the Consent preparation stage- through to the building works itself.

Today we passed the council inspection for framing check and engaged the building surveyor to check over all existing frames on this project.

Experience in understanding processes makes the journey a lot easier.

This home never recieved CCC when it was built. It will be fully compliant and have CCC in only a few short weeks

Here are a few smaller jobs we have been doing lately for a bit of an update on the variety of tasks we engage in.

We are about to hook into some longer term projects soon so we still have time to fit in the smaller jobs. 🙂

Kitchen Refresh all done!!

Bit of a challenge working out colours on this one but it all came together perfect.

Over 2 days this week we removed the existing kitchen, organised all plumbing and service moving.

Installed the new kitchen and tidied up a few items while we were on-site.

If you need a kitchen or bathroom refresh we can oversee the project and organise it all through our established network of good contractors.

I have had clients gift us trees, whisky and cards.

Today my client wanted to paint my face so I thought I would choose joy and go for it.
