Three ways of saying something we think matters - we couldn’t decide on just one.
If there just one you'd vote for?

Months of planning, weather watching, logistics, moving parts, toddler wrangling, and one very important question in the lead-up: would the goats approve? 🐐
This week, we brought together 12 mums and 14 toddlers for Goat’s Day Out — an experience designed to connect mums more closely to the people, care, and farming behind the brand.
From learning more about goat welfare, pregnancy monitoring, to seeing firsthand how the goats are housed, fed, and cared for each day - and why, the event was centred around transparency, education, and genuine connection.
Thankfully, the goats, toddlers, creators, and weather all understood the assignment 🤍
These are just a few 📸 from the day. Part 2 next week.

What we’re looking at this week- is it art or ingredients?
Some things stand out before they’re seen, so we’ll just say this is created with us in mind 😉

The 2026 Lowdown - client side.
We’ve been looking closely at what’s actually working in brand partnerships right now.
Between brands and creators/Influencers + what authentic collaboration really looks like in 2026 — how ethical, considered work is quietly setting the standard 😉
Nicole fuelling her daughter with Steps Goat Toddler Milk Drink (with a little hot chocolate twist) before their very honest, very unscripted Q&A.
The strongest stories don’t need overproduction — they’re built on real use, real relationships and content that feels true to life.
Simple, effective… and yes, the goats would absolutely sign off. 🐐

“It’s not our planet — it’s just our turn.” 🌏 was yesterday — did you catch it?
In the constant stream of news and noise, there wasn’t a lot of coverage. But the focus— “Our Power, Our Planet” — still holds.
Collective action, informed choices and everyday responsibility.
What that can look like:
– buying with intention
– asking better questions of the brands we support
– making small shifts that add up over time
– staying curious about where things come from
Nothing drastic. Just considered 🥹

Hard to believe we’ve ticked the first 3 months off the calendar year and are heading into Easter.
It’s chance to reflect, be grateful for who and what you have AND indulge in Easter treats.
Choose well, buy and support local if you can and enjoy time with your whānau.
See you on the other side. bare xx

We’re seeing it again this year.
As content accelerates and expectations sharpen, discernment is rising too. For brands, creators and media alike, the ones building real momentum aren’t simply visible — they’re considered. Clear in their values. Consistent in their communication.
We’re planning for what is to come and one thing feels certain: the loudest voice rarely wins - the credible ones do 😉

The accomplished and respected Abby Packer, co-founder of , shared her insights with Sans Pareil for "Five Minutes With.." on entrepreneurship, building a brand and a natural product range, that all started from her mum (and we think a great reason, and yes, it did take more than 5 minutes).
If you want to know more about sustainability and what she thinks NZ beauty brands are doing well and what they could improve, as well as her answer to, "What would you tell other entrepreneurs who are starting out?" read from the link.
