This was me last year.
Leaner, disciplined, following the “perfect” fitness routine.
But a lot has changed in me this year… physically and mentally. And I want to give you a little update on where I’m at now.
The way I see fitness has completely changed because my body has gone through so much this year.
My 2026 goals are no longer about being the leanest version of myself, working extremely hard to build muscle, or chasing the “perfect Pilates body.”
Now my goal is balance.
Doing things in moderation.
Feeling healthy from the inside out.
For me, this looks like:
– Eating everything, including carbs
– Working on reducing inflammation and supporting my hormones
– Strength training only 2–3 days a week
– Adding slow walks, home workouts, and cardio
– Focusing on gut health and simple home remedies
– Not chasing transformation… but focusing on becoming strong, hot, healthy, wealthy, confident, and truly feeling good in my own body

3. Happiest airport pick-up by hubby 🤍
4. Breakfast date as soon as I settled back in 🍳☕️
5. Still got so much unpacking to do 😅
6. Taking some time for myself to reset, slow down & plan the next chapter ✨
7. Skipped gym this week so walks were a must 🌊
8. Another quick croissant date with hubby + a little shopping day too 🥐🛍️
