Hypnobirthing group classes are now on the motu. Starting in November, with Steph.
Hypnobirthing is a method that incorporates antenatal education, specific breathing techniques, visualization, and relaxation to bring about a calm and gentle birth for both mum and baby. It is a complete antenatal course covering birth, nutrition, breastfeeding, relaxation, and postpartum support.

Waiheke yoga classes are back from the second week of September! A new addition to the timetable, I’ll be teaching a Pregnancy Yoga (Prenatal) class on Thursdays at 5.30pm In addition to two “Open to All” classes on Wednesdays at 6pm and Fridays at 12.30pm. These are the usual combination of hatha & vinyasa yoga, with functional movement integrated to keep our muscles strong, flexible & healthy.
Join us for a $10 taster session next week, and receive 25% off when you pre-book a 4 week package or a 6 class pass.
