WeDevelop was started as a medium in which home owners and developers can be put in touch to buy and sell property privately . With a large network of developers actively looking for development sites in Auckland, home owners can tap into this network now at the touch of a button. No real estate agent fees, no open homes and offers within 48 hours , WeDevelop has cut the middleman out of the equation. As developers ourselves we can quickly assess feasibility of sites and whether they might be of interest to our network of developers. Rather than go through what can sometimes be a long and arduous sales process navigating through countless auctions and real estate agent transactions we thought we would directly approach you. We believe in transparency and efficiency, and want to take the hassle out of selling and purchasing a house for both you, the owner and us, the purchaser.
