Trees call us to a state of mindfulness, where we become better in tune with and more compassionate toward out surroundings.
What is your go to place when you need some grounding?

Y I N / Y A N G
The capacity of the mind is broad and huge, like the vast sky. Do not sit with a mind fixed on emptiness. If you do you will fall into a neutral kind of emptiness. Emptiness includes the sun, moon, stars and planets, the great earth, mountains and rivers, all trees and grasses, bad men and good men, bad things and good things, heaven and hell; they are all in the midst of emptiness. The emptiness of human nature is also like this.
Thus the yin/yang principle is that somethings and the nothings, the ons and the offs, the solids and the spaces, as well as the wakings and the sleepings and the alterations of existing and not existingz are mutually neccessary.
The yin/yang principle is not, therefore, what we would ordinarily call a dualism, but rather an explicit duality expressing an implicit unity ☯️

We Are A River
Our life has not been an ascent up one side of a mountain and down the other. We did not reach a peak, only to decline and die. We have been as drops of water, born in the ocean and sprinkled on the earth in a gentle rain. We became a spring, and then a stream, and finally a river flowing deeper and stronger, nourishing all it touches as it nears its home once again.
Don't accept the modern myths of aging. You are not declining. You are not fading away into uselessness. You are a sage, a river at its deepest and most nourishing.
Sit by a river bank some time and watch attentively as the river tells you of your life.

Nature is truly a reflection of ourselves or are we a reflection of her. Wild, rugged and untamed yet quiet, peaceful and still. Everyday we are reminded that nothing is to be taken for granted and that we have the power to create our reality.

We, humans are made of up to 70% water. About 70% of the Earth's surface is water-covered. The human body electromagnetic field pulses at 7.1 hertz same as the earth's magnetic field. We breathe in what trees breathe out, and they breathe in what we breathe out.
We are NATURE.
EVERYTHING is connected.
