Restoration of Nicolas Aine violin In September 2022, I came back from Europe with a French violin made by Nicolas Aine, about 200 years old. MONDOMUSICA CREMONA ITALIA 2023

Visiting Cremona for mondomusica: the biggest market for modern violins and violin supplies.
It was very nice to be back in Cremona -where I lived 5 years between 1990 to 1995 - to visit MONDOMUSICA, trying many violins, bows and cellos, connecting with new violin makers, new bow makers, new suppliers, discovering new techniques, new material, reconnecting with my old school companions, sharing the latest exciting projects and discoveries....
It is always very refreshing and inspiring to visit Cremona, especially during this time.
So far I selected I violin and 2 bows to bring to NZ... I will share more information and pictures about those items soon...

Next weekend, I will be at "Le salon du violon" in Paris, France.
I will post more updates soon...
