Track day next Friday , great value too

We have been offered a group at TrackTime's own track day next Friday (5th of June) on the Hampton National circuit, so there are spots available for anyone keen to run a day's worth of laps.

The cost is $295 per driver, which includes all fees and the track's Safety levy.

This does NOT include garage spaces, these can be purchased for additional cost if desired.

No passengers in either road or race cars - period!
(Rookie drivers or rookies to Hampton can participate in a controlled pre-event "duckling tour")

Drivers need either a road license (at least a restricted) or a competition license

Drivers must wear good condition race overalls, helmet, neck restraint, shoes and gloves.

Cars must be in safe condition, and front + rear lights must work.

Driving standards must be very high, the track manager's decision re poor driving is final.

Long-time Toyota racer Mark Mallard makes a welcome return to racing this coming weekend when he will race his TR86 in the Toyota 86 Trophy Series.

A stalwart of New Zealand motorsport and owner of Crème Insurance – which has done a lot more than most companies to sponsor young drivers over the past few seasons – Mark will be at the wheel once more of his trusty Toyota 86 – the car he last raced in the main-game championship four years ago and that son Thomas raced in for his debut Toyota 86 season.

“The old Jigger was sitting in the garage,” said. “I do run every now and then in GTRNZ and in the Auckland Production Racing Series. I just love driving the TR86 and I always try to get a class win or two in it every year doing something. And now is a good time to get it out and enjoy it.”
