As we enter our second to last weekend of service, our cup overflows.
This past few weeks, you’ve come out in force! sharing your stories, memories, your kind words. It’s been such a gift to meet and chat to so many of you properly for the first time.
It’s truly been an honour to serve you, to meet you and to feel the impact this restaurant has had.
We’re booking up fast for our final days, with our last service next Friday, July 25th. If you can’t find a spot online, please flick us an email -we might be able to sneak you into the back bar or squeeze you in somewhere.
We’re soaking up every moment of these final services on Karangahape Road and feeling all the love.

Our Lamb Belly Pintxo with Mojo Verde has been named one of Auckland’s 100 Iconic Eats for 2025 selected from over 3000 nominated dishes across the city.
A huge thanks to for recognising this little skewer that’s become a big favourite- the kind of dish people order once, then again mid-meal because they just can’t help themselves!
Auckland is full of incredible food and we’re honoured to be part of that story.

A couple of weeks ago we got a desperate call from two women begging us to put this dessert back on the menu so we went all in for them (and now you). It’s finally back for winter. Spiced rice pudding, Pedro Ximénez & date ice cream.

Our love for vermouth runs deep and we have a nice range of options behind the bar. We’re drawn to it because it’s delicious and interesting but also because it captures a sense of place. It’s great before a meal, or after and you can drink it many ways. Once you fall for vermouth, there’s really no turning back.
