He’s back! After 5 months on ACC, Western is back on site… and straight back to giving the boys a hard time 😂
Decks and landscaping have kicked off and this project has been smooth sailing so far.
Our process is simple:

Of course in construction unforeseen events and variations always pop up — we can’t predict the future. But how we handle them is what sets us apart.

Lets talk about choosing the right client 👀🫣
There’s always talk about choosing the right builder…
But it’s just as important for us builders to choose the right clients too.
A good project comes down to respect, trust, and clear communication on both sides.
Good clients:
✔️ Clear about budget and expectations
✔️ Trust professional advice
✔️ Communicate well
✔️ Understand quality work takes time
Red flags:
🚩 Unrealistic budgets
🚩 Constant plan changes
🚩 Expecting shortcuts
🚩 Lack of trust
🚩 Micromanagement
