Heya everyone,

The names Shai, I started Boxing at the age of 14.

I found myself 9 years later settling down and found
a whole new passion in a different field. I must include the discipline to be a fighter is very hard and I don’t have that drive I once did when I was young.

I don’t want to let my experience and knowledge go to waste, so I’ve started this journey to give anyone the chance to learn what I’ve gathered over the many years.
I’ve had a handful of fights everywhere and found myself in the states training along side some of the most experienced fighters in the world.

I know how hard it can be as a fighter and person to get enough quality time with a coach to equipped you and mentor you right, and this is when I come in. I’m here to keep you honest, no shortcuts , plenty of repetition, and drills and patience to get you sharp and sound when it comes to boxing or just mentally.

The style of fighting I breathe today is from everything I’ve been through, and some main people in my life who really put work in me. Hence why this can be powerful for anyone.

Please don’t be shy I’m only here to help, I will be adapting your training programmes to suit every individuals needs and attentions/goals of learning.

My passion for boxing has shifted to wanting to teach and help those who wanna learn and understand the basic mechanics of this art, also to give you a good sweat through boxing endurance.
Boxing gave me the confidence and discipline to excel in different parts of my life.
Learning how to box gives you a peace of mind and keeps of the weekend foods!

I’m offering basic mechanics of how to throw punches effectively while getting in a sweat.
This includes using footwork, how to transfer weight (maximise power), punching technique and a style that adapts to many.

Dm if you wanna learn and burn off some calories using proper fundamentals of boxing!
