The family business predominantly through my youth was around helping those low socio-economic groups get into their first homes. So we helped a lot of families get out of the rent trap, get out of all that consumer finance, where you were at 15% to 25% interest, we would help them consolidate that debt, find a deposit, buy their first homes, we had some amazing results there. One of the most rewarding things is just helping these families out. We've had some families that came to us with $30,000 or $40,000 worth of consumer debt, and now own home and two investment properties. The wealth creation that we were enabling in these communities, it was just so rewarding. That's why I fell in love with property. And that's why I continue to do it to this day."
