Another tidy install completed by Total Ag Control 👌

This spreader truck for Frews Transport Oxford is now running the JWE V3+ control paired with TiroTech Guidance & Job Management — giving the operator accurate rate control, precision GPS guidance, live job tracking, variable rate mapping, and seamless job management all from the cab.

The setup also features a quality bin built by our mates at Engineering Repairs 2012 Ltd , alongside SI Lodec load cells for accurate onboard weighing — helping maximise every load, improve spreading accuracy, and keep operations running efficiently day in, day out.

Bit of an upgrade job we knocked over recently for Dairy Holdings 👌
We swapped out the old Topcon Agriculture X20 for the new X25 setup in this Isuzu spray truck, bringing the guidance and control system right up to date. This truck’s also running Tabula proof of placement, giving accurate tracking and confidence the job’s being done right every pass.
To make things easier for the operator out in the paddock, we also custom-built an external switch panel so sections can be turned off without having to muck around on the screen.

Workshop’s been flat out lately with new spreader builds rolling in left, right and centre — so here’s one we knocked over last month for Stubbs Groundspreading.

We fitted out their new Scania Group 45-P XT with the full works, including a rebuilt centre console, JWE Whitehead controller, Tabula for precision placement, tyre inflator, work lights and scales. We also custom-built a joystick setup to make the master switch a bit more operator-friendly in the cab.

While we were at it, we gave the second-hand Engineering Repairs 2012 Ltd bin a tidy-up too — sorted the wiring, replaced sensors and fitted a new main cable so she’s ready to get stuck into it.
