Here we have a laundry that was in need of a change. The owners wanted a room that was more user friendly and modern.
We installed a new bespoke laundry tub and bench top made to fit the space, and with bew tiles on the floor snd wall, these just set the room off nicely.
This is still a work in progress, but here’s what we’ve done so far.

Here at HMS not all our jobs are big. Here’s a couple of small jobs we’ve done . A new set of stairs and replacing some weatherboards on a small cabin.

Here’s a small job that we got done over the last couple of weeks. I turned a small window into a small set of French doors leading onto a small deck I built at the same time. Then I put in an extra window into a lounge wall to allow more light in.

Here’s a small seating and stairs combo I done to improve access to the back door of a home I completed a while back. Quick and simple, I was able to incorporate storage under the seating for the client too.

Here’s a wee deck extension with a bar leaner installed. I put grooved Shadow Clad on the outsides of the structure and a macrocarpa slab as the bar top. For those people with eagle eyes will notice glass panels at either end of the bar to stop the wind and make the drinking so much more enjoyable while the owner enjos his wine overlooking his very own vineyard. Here’s a new bathroom we have done for an awesome couple. As you can see the bathroom was old and dated and had a twin shower set up which was really ever used, so out with the old and in with the new. We put a night light under the vanity which works off a little sensor in the light switch . As always I thank my tradies and suppliers for helping this all come together. To finish it off our clients are gifted a box full of beautiful handcrafted artisan soaps.

Here’s a small bathroom that was a wet room style bathroom that the young owner wasn’t too keen on.
The floor was leveled out and new vinyl put down , then the client requested Hardie Groove on the walls. Once client has finished painting, the plumber will be back to install the claw foot bath and pedestal hand basin .
I’ll get more pics when all that has been done and all is completed.

Had a small but no less important request from a customer today. Asked if I could modify their kitchen to take a dishwasher. I said no problem, they sacrificed a 800 mm cupboard to get their new dishwasher in, and that left 150mm to use as a small cupboard for oven trays and cutting boards.
Once I cut the door down and re clashed the edge the job looked perfect.

Here’s a quick small job I completed for a client that was having trouble with a shower that was installed poorly with multiple problems. They asked me to try and get it hold water and look good. However sadly even I wasn’t able to pull rabbit out of my hat and make it look good and stand by a warranty. Sometimes the juice just isn’t worth the squeeze, in those cases it’s best to just cut your losses and go new and face it installed by a professional that stands by my work.
