18 colours of K-Tape.
10 rolls stacked.
11th roll? Not so much. 😂

Which colour are you choosing from the D3 range?

We should've known how this was going to end. 😅

18 colours. One challenge. No repeated colours. One very questionable opponent.

Social media: "Here's a 17-step taping technique you'll definitely forget in 30 seconds."

Craig: "Just put a strip here."

Sometimes the simple solution is the right one. 👌

Tennis elbow?
One of the biggest questions we get is whether someone else needs to apply the tape for you. Nope, not always.

In this reel, Craig walks you through a simple self-application method for tennis elbow so you can get support when and where you need it.

The support doesn't change.
The colour? That's all you. 💜🩷🟡⚫

Still just grabbing any tape and hoping for the best?

We get it, at first glance, tape is tape.
But look closer and the differences become obvious.

One application is designed to move with the body.
The other is designed to provide additional support where it's needed most.

Watch Craig show the difference side by side.

The difference between tape lasting 5 minutes and 5 days?

It's a tiny detail that makes a big difference.
Before tape ever touches the skin, you should ALWAYS ✂️ round the edges.

Why?
Because sharp corners are more likely to catch on clothing, lift during movement, and peel away sooner than they should.

A few seconds with a pair of scissors can help your tape stay where it's meant to.

(And yes, Ivan finally got the answer 😅)

Most people focus on where they feel the pain.
Not always what's contributing to it. 👀

The Achilles, calf, and ankle all work together.

Sometimes support focused around the Achilles is enough.
Other times, adding calf support can help support the entire chain.

That's why there isn't always a one-size-fits-all taping solution.

This reel shows two different approaches and why understanding the difference matters.

Sometimes the issue with shoulder pain is actually poor support and muscle overload.

This style of kinesiology taping is commonly used to help support the shoulder, reduce strain, and improve movement during daily activity or training.

Relief can feel instant for some people… but the goal isn’t just “quick fixes” it’s helping the shoulder move better while it recovers.

The smallest adjustments make the biggest difference.
