Day 6 marked the grand conclusion of Health Week with an exciting Health Quiz Competition and Programme Review Session. Separate quiz competitions were conducted for both junior and senior level students, where participants showcased their knowledge, confidence, and team spirit with great enthusiasm and energy. The competition created a lively and competitive learning environment, making the finale both educational and memorable.

Principal Sister Tessa highly appreciated the dedication, discipline, and active participation of all the students, teachers, and organizers throughout the entire Health Week. The overall review of the programme was presented by Rajan Sir, who reflected on the successful completion of all activities and congratulated the Science and Health Department team for their hard work, coordination, and remarkable effort in making the Health Week a grand success.

Day 5 of Health Week was observed with a Sanitation and Hand Wash Programme. Students actively participated in cleaning the school compound and premises, promoting the importance of cleanliness, hygiene, and a healthy environment. The programme encouraged teamwork, responsibility, and awareness about maintaining proper sanitation in daily life.

🌿 Exploring the Plant Kingdom 🌿
Class 10 students observed moss and juniper seeds and learned to identify monocot and dicot plants by counting flower petals. A wonderful hands-on learning experience connecting classroom science with nature! 🌱🔍

Health Week continued successfully with exciting and informative activities on Day 2 and Day 3. Students presented a meaningful skit during the morning assembly, spreading awareness about the importance of a healthy diet over junk food through their creative performances.

The program also included Eye and Dental Checkup camps for students. The eye checkup was conducted by Kiran Eye Hospital, while the dental checkup was carried out by Nepal Dental Care.

With active participation and cooperation from students, teachers, and health professionals, the events of the consecutive third day of Health Week were completed successfully and meaningfully.

The Class 10 SEE students were warmly welcomed and honored with khada by the Principal in recognition of their outstanding results and remarkable success in the SEE Examination 2082. Their hard work, dedication, and achievement made the occasion truly proud and memorable.
