हासो, ताली र प्रेरणाले भरिएको यस कार्यक्रममा सिनियर–जुनियरबीचको भाइचारा झल्कियो। नयाँ यात्राको शुभारम्भलाई उत्साह, सहकार्य र एकताको सन्देशले अझ स्मरणीय बनायो। 📚✨

गण्डकी विश्व विद्यालयमा मुख्य न्यायाधिवक्ता चिरञ्जीवी शर्माद्वारा ३ घण्टे कानूनी प्रशिक्षण सम्पन्न
२०८२ मङ्सिर ८ गते, सोमबार— गण्डकी विश्वविद्यालय, पोखरा अन्तर्गत बी.ए. एलएलबी कार्यक्रमद्वारा आयोजित एकदिने विहानीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रममा गण्डकी प्रदेश सरकारका मुख्य न्यायाधिवक्ता तथा वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता श्री चिरञ्जीवी शर्माले विध्यार्थीहरूलाई करिब तीन घण्टासम्म अत्यन्त उपयोगी प्रशिक्षण तथा अन्तरक्रिया प्रदान गर्नुभयो।
कार्यक्रमका प्रमुख अतिथि निमित्त उपकुलपति तथा रजिस्ट्रार डा. कैलाश तिमिल्सिना र विशेष अतिथि सह–न्यायाधिवक्ता बिपना भण्डारी हुनुहुन्थ्यो। कानून तथा व्यवस्थापन संकायका डीन प्रा. हेमराज गिरीको सभापतित्वमा सम्पन्न कार्यक्रममा प्रमुख अतिथि डा. तिमिल्सिनाले ब्यानरमा हस्ताक्षर गरी कार्यक्रमको औपचारिक उद्घाटन गर्नुभयो। त्यसपछि प्रमुख अतिथि, विशेष अतिथि तथा छात्रा सुमिका गौतमले स्वागत तथा शुभकामना मन्तव्य व्यक्त गर्नुभएको थियो।
कार्यानुसार, “संघीय प्रणाली र प्रदेश सरकारको औचित्य तथा विधिको शासन कायम गर्न मुख्य न्यायाधिवक्ताको भूमिका” विषयमा मुख्य प्रशिक्षकका रूपमा उपस्थित वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता चिरञ्जीवी शर्माको प्रस्तुति अत्यन्त रोचक, सान्दर्भिक र व्यवहारिक रहेको सहभागी विद्यार्थी, प्राध्यापक तथा कर्मचारीहरूले बताएका थिए। प्रस्तुति भरभराउ, अनुभवप्रधान र प्रेरणादायी रहेकाले सहभागीहरूको ध्यान निरन्तर केन्द्रित रहन सफल भएको उल्लेख गरिएको थियो।
सो अवसरमा प्रमुख अतिथि डा. तिमिल्सिनाले गण्डकी विश्वविद्यालयमा अध्ययनरत कानूनका विद्यार्थीहरू सकारात्मक सोच, नेतृत्व क्षमता र सक्रिय सहभागीका कारण सदैव अग्रसर रहेको बताउँदै हौसला प्रदान गर्नुभयो। उहाँले विश्वविद्यालयको शैक्षिक उन्नयनका लागि मुख्य न्यायाधिवक्ताजस्तो अनुभवी र सम्मानित व्यक्तित्वले प्रशिक्षण प्रदान गर्नु विश्वविद्यालयका लागि गौरवको विषय भएको उल्लेख गर्नुभयो।
त्यसैगरी, डीन प्रा. हेमराज गिरीले कानून अध्ययनमा संलग्न विद्यार्थीहरू अनुभवशील व्यक्तित्वबाट व्यवहारिक ज्ञान सिक्न निरन्तर तत्पर रहनुपर्नेमा जोड दिनुभयो।
कार्यक्रम संयोजक अधिवक्ता रबि कुमार सिलवालको सञ्चालनमा सम्पन्न प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रममा विद्यार्थी मनोज सुवेदीले धन्यवाद ज्ञापन गर्दै सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न कार्यक्रममा सहभागिताका लागि सबैप्रति कृतज्ञता व्यक्त गरे। अन्त्यमा संयोजक रबि कुमार सिलवालले विशेषज्ञहरूसँग विद्यार्थीहरूको साक्षात्कार तथा अन्तरक्रिया गराउन कार्यक्रम निरन्तर सञ्चालन गर्ने प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त गर्नुभयो।

Our BA LLB first-semester students visited the Kaski District Court to learn about court procedures and the judicial process. This visit was part of our regular curriculum under the subject Practical Training-I (LPS 111).
