🧾Job Title:Admin Officer (Female Preferred)

📍 Location: Patneri, Lekhnath-29, Pokhara, Kaski

Alwass is seeking a responsible and confident Admin Officer (preferably female) to oversee overall administration and support operations of our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will assist the company director, supervise female staff, coordinate with factory workers, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the workplace.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Oversee general administrative and operational functions of the company.

Assist the company director in routine tasks, reporting, and coordination.

Supervise and monitor the activities of female staff and support staff management.

Maintain effective communication between the office and factory floor.

Prepare and maintain attendance, leave records, and basic HR documents.

Manage office supplies, documentation, and internal communications.

Support payroll documentation and other admin-related duties.

Handle errands such as coordination with banks, suppliers, or utility offices if required.

Minimum academic qualification: +2 (12th Grade Pass)

Prior experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.

Must be organized, confident, and good at managing people.


🚘 Other Requirements:

Driving license holder with own two-wheeler is preferred.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel) is a plus.

Preference will be given to local candidates from Lekhnath or nearby areas.
