Responsibilities

1.5+ years of experience in technical writing
Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as experience working with content in a variety of formats.
Working across departments to communicate the nuts and bolts of a product is a plus.
Strong experience managing a documentation creation process from start to finish.
In a fast-paced, changing environment, you must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects.
A positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Requirements

Work with product managers, marketing, and engineers to create and maintain high-quality documentation, such as User Guides, Integration Guides in-platform documentation (tooltips, welcome instructions, etc.).
Create and maintain client aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as online video, demos, guided tours, and other educational techniques, in addition to traditional documentation.
Learn difficult concepts and communicate them in a way that users will enjoy and understand.
