Dear LA-ites, we are supporting a fellow alumna from the 1995-1996 batch, Kunti Rajak, with her Master's Thesis research. As a Mental Health Counselor and a mother, she is doing vital work for our community. Please see her message below and help her reach her goal! 👇

Namaste fellow LA-ites,

It’s been a long time since our school days! I am Kunti Rajak from the 1995-1996 batch. I’m reaching out to this wonderful community not just as an alumna, but as a mother of two and a Mental Health Counselor.

I am currently completing my Master's Thesis on Maternal Mental Well-being and Self-care for mothers living in Kathmandu City. Since so many of us from our batch and surrounding years are navigating the journey of motherhood, I would be so grateful for your help.

Criteria for Participation:
Mom with a child (0-18 years)
Living in Kathmandu City
