The 28th edition of Sambaad@Samriddhi featured Dr. Nirmal Kumar Raut, Associate Professor at CEDECON, Tribhuvan University, as the guest speaker. The discussion focused on research-backed policymaking for stronger development outcomes.

The conversation underscored the need for economic recovery-oriented policies, rather than an exclusive focus on infrastructure-led growth. It also explored how Nepal can address the unintended negative impacts of factors such as remittance dependency while fostering prosperity from the household level upward.

The full video of the conversation will be available on our YouTube channel soon.
