We seek thoughtful and meticulous professionals and students who can navigate the spectrum from abstract concept to built form.

Our core philosophy demands a dedication to the tangible, prioritizing hand-done design work and sophisticated physical modeling as critical thinking tools. These skills are essential companions to the precision required for comprehensive documentation and seamless site coordination.

ACADEMY for Tomorrow(Xavier Academy - Competition Entry): The future school is envisioned as a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that goes beyond traditional classrooms, emphasizing experiential, collaborative, and conventional education. Designed as a “window to the world,” it nurtures curiosity and creativity by providing versatile spaces like corridors that blend into in-between areas that encourage informal learning. Innovative facilities, such as a Fab Lab, offer opportunities for hands-on experimentation, while the use of local crafts and sustainable materials, like Lokta paper as sun shading external louvre, fosters a connection to cultural roots. The design integrates vibrant student areas with serene spaces for educators, promoting well-being and productivity. Overall, the school cultivates a collaborative atmosphere that supports holistic development, innovation, and adaptability to future needs.
