IOE Note

सरकारले कक्षा १० को माध्यमिक शिक्षा परीक्षा (एसईई) तथा कक्षा १२ को राष्ट्रिय परीक्षा कसरी सञ्चालन गर्ने भन्ने सम्बन्धमा अध्ययन सुरु गरेको छ । आठ लाखभन्दा विद्यार्थीलाई कोरोना (कोभिड–१९)को सङ्कट भइरहँदा कसरी परीक्षाको निकास दिने भन्नेबारे अध्ययन सुरु गरिएको हो ।

राष्ट्रिय परीक्षा बोर्डका अध्यक्ष प्रा. चन्द्रमणि पौडेलले परीक्षाको मोडालिटीका बारेमा अध्ययन गर्न गठित कार्यदलले यस विषयमा अध्ययन थालिसकेको जानकारी दिनुभयो । बोर्डले जेठ १३ गतेबाट एसईई तथा जेठ अन्तिम साताबाट कक्षा १२ को परीक्षा लिने निधो गरेको थियो ।

कोरोना बढ्दै गई निषेधाज्ञाको चरणमा पुगेपछि परीक्षा स्थगित गरी परिवर्तित परिस्थितिमा परीक्षाको मोडालिटीका विषयमा अध्ययन गर्ने निर्णय गरेको थियो । त्यसका लागि शिक्षा तथा मानव स्रोत विकास केन्द्रका महानिर्देशक वैकुण्ठ अर्यालको नेतृत्वमा अध्ययन समिति गठन बनाइएको छ । बोर्डका अध्यक्ष डा. पौडेलले आफूहरूले कार्यदलकै अध्ययन प्रतिवेदन पर्खेको र त्यसकै आधारमा उपयुक्त विकल्पमा निर्णय गरिने जानकारी दिनुभयो । कार्यदल वैशाख २७ गते गठन गरिएको थियो । कार्यदललाई १५ दिनको समयसीमा दिइएको छ ।

छिट्टै अध्ययन सक्ने

परीक्षाको मोडालिटीका बारेमा अध्ययन गर्न गठित कार्यदलले छिट्टै अध्ययन पूरा गर्ने जनाइको छ । कार्यदलका सदस्य तथा पाठ्यक्रम विकास केन्द्रका महानिर्देशक अनप्रसाद न्यौपानेले सरोकारवालासित सुझाव लिने क्रम जारी रहेको जानकारी दिनुभयो । कार्यदलले यस अवधिमा शिक्षकका पेसागत सङ्घ सङ्गठन, निजी विद्यालय सञ्चालक, सार्वजनिक विद्यालयका प्रधानाध्यापक लगायतसित छलफल गरिसकेको छ । बिहीबार यस विषयमा छलफल गरेपछि प्रतिवेदन लेखनको चरण प्रवेश गर्ने जनाइएको छ ।

सुझावमा विविधता

छलफलमा सहभागी राजधानीको नील वाराही माध्यमिक विद्यालयका प्रधानाध्यापक डा. जानुका पौडेलले एसईईको परीक्षा गत वर्षकै जस्तो आन्तरिक रूपमा लिने र विद्यालयलाई नै जिम्मा दिन सुझाव दिएको बताउनुभयो । सरकारले गत वर्ष पनि कोरोना भाइरसको समस्या कारण विद्यालयको आन्तरिक मूल्याङ्कनकै आधारमा एसईईका विद्यार्थीको नतिजा प्रकाशन गरेको थियो । यसपटक पनि विद्यालयले पहिलो तथा दोस्रो तहको आन्तरिक त्रैमासिक परीक्षा लिइसकेकाले आन्तरिक मूल्याङ्कन गर्न समस्या नहुने भएकाले त्यसको जिम्मा विद्यालयलाई नै दिन उपयुक्त हुने सुझाइएको छ ।

कक्षा १२ को अन्तिम परीक्षा भने अनकूल समय मिलाएर राष्ट्रिय परीक्षा बोर्डले नै लिनुपर्ने सुझाव दिइएको छ । गत वर्ष पनि ४० नम्बरको लिखित परीक्षा, आन्तरिक मूल्याङ्कन तथा कक्षा ११ को परीक्षाको आधारमा कक्षा १२ को परीक्षा सञ्चालन गरिएको थियो ।

नेपाल अभिभावक महासङ्घका अध्यक्ष सुप्रभात भण्डारीले एसईईको जिम्मा विद्यालयलाई दिएर कक्षा १२ को जिम्मा परीक्षा बोर्डले लिनु नै उपयुक्त हुने बताउनुभयो । शिक्षा, विज्ञान तथा प्रविधि मन्त्रालयका प्रवक्ता एवं सहसचिव दीपक शर्माले सरकारले अध्ययन प्रतिवेदन प्राप्त भएपछि एसईई र कक्षा १२ को परीक्षाको मोडालिटीको बारेमा निर्णय गर्ने जानकारी दिनुभयो ।

आन्तरिक मूल्याङ्कनबाट

काठमाडौँ महानगरपालिकाले विद्यालयको आन्तरिक मूल्याङ्नका आधारमा कक्षा ८ का विद्यार्थीको अन्तिम मूल्याङ्कन गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ ।
महानगरले यसका लागि आन्तरिक कार्यविधि तय गर्दै आगामी जेठ २५ गतेसम्म नतिजा प्रकाशन गर्न मातहतका विद्यालयलाई निर्देश गरेको छ । यसका लागि शैक्षिक सत्र २०७७ सालको पहिलो र दोस्रो त्रैमासिक परीक्षाबाट ४० प्रतिशत, निरन्तर विद्यार्थी मूल्याङ्कनबाट ४० र विद्यालयको मूल्याङ्नबाट २० प्रतिशत गरी नतिजा प्रकाशन गर्न निर्देश गरिएको छ ।
