My name is Neo Nhlapo
I am a Qualified Instructor of Classical Hatha Yoga, a Sadhaki of Kriya Meditation and Breathwork and an international holistic wellness retreat facilitator.
All my work is informed by an ecclectic mix of Buddhist philosophy, Vaishnavism, Astrology and Numerology. I try to espouse my favourite teaching in the Lotus Sutra:
"Seek The Path of The Buddhas According to Your Own Circumstances"
So I try to find inspiration and strength from the present moment.
I hope my work is always in service of elevating consciousness by infusing daily activities and spaces, particularly corporate workspaces, with a sense of reverence and sacredness.
