Summer is here and we are thrilled to share with you some fresh and healthy dishes from our menu ! 🥰☀️
1. Gaspacho complet
Cold tomato soup served with ham, cheese, cucumber, capsicum and croutons
2. Taboulé de choux fleur
Cowliflower, herbs, flaky almonds and pomegranate in taboulé style
3. Tartare de concombre
A cooling variation of cucumber, aragula and almond in a balsamic dressing
4. Couleurs du Sud
A very fresh salad of water melon, feta cheese, mint, almonds and black olives
