जसले बचाउन पर्थ्यो, त्यही हातबाट आज निर्दोष बालबालिकाको जीवन निभाइयो। आमाको काखमा हाँसिरहेको बच्चा हिजो मात्र सपना बोकेको थियो, तर आज चितामा रुनुपर्ने अवस्था आयो। रगतले भिजेका सडक र आँसुमा डुबेका अनुहारहरूले हामीलाई बारम्बार सोध्नेछ— किन मौन थियौं हामी? हाम्रो पुस्ताले चाहेको विकास होइन, तर चिहानमा ढल्किएका अधुरा सपनाहरू मात्र देखिरहेका छौं। सुरक्षा माग्दा शव बोकिन्छ, न्याय खोज्दा आँसु बेचिनुपर्छ… यही हो हाम्रो देशको सबैभन्दा ठूलो पीडा।

As the sun began to set, the young photographer packed up his gear and headed home, his heart filled with the magic of flight and the excitement of capturing it in his photographs.
