Long-term Chart Analysis on HydroPower

Do you have a bullish or bearish mindset?
A series of highs and lows seems to be forming in the chart, which indicates a medium-term to long-term positive trend. However, the latest price candles show that there was some pullback after an increase. It means a period of reflection or the possibility of reversal.

Potential Approach to Trading
Support/Resistance: Determine the main areas of both resistance and support. A support zone, for example, may be located around or near the 2400 level, where the price has previously bounced. There might be a resistance zone close to the most recent high, above 3200.

Entry Point: As a possible entry point, watch for a large volume bounce off the support level.

Stop Loss: To reduce possible losses in the event that the trend reverses, set a stop loss just below the support level.

Profit Book: To lock in profits, place a take-profit order at a prior high or close to the resistance level.

How to capture the Third of the Third Elliott Wave?

The third wave is important because, in Elliott Wave Theory, it's the strongest and deadliest wave of a trend that often widens by over 161.8%. In addition to intense trading activity and excitement, it is usually accompanied by strong trend following momentum. It is necessary to wait until the last wave 2 high or low has been exceeded and project it using Fibonacci methods in order to identify a third wave. It may be difficult and profitable to trade the third wave, although it offers potential for profit booking and early entry.
