As we take the next step in building Subha Tea Point into a quality café and food destination, we are looking for an experienced, creative and responsible Head Cook / Kitchen Head to join our growing team.
👨‍🍳 POSITION: HEAD COOK / KITCHEN HEAD
💰 Fixed Basic Salary: NPR 70,000/month
🎯 Performance Incentives: Up to NPR 30,000/month
💵 Total Potential Earnings: Up to NPR 100,000/month
We are looking for someone who:
✅ Has 5+ years of professional kitchen experience
✅ Has experience working in a busy café, restaurant or hotel kitchen
✅ Can prepare and maintain consistent quality, taste and presentation
✅ Has good knowledge of Nepali, Indian, Chinese, breakfast and café-style cuisine
✅ Has strong ideas for developing new and innovative dishes
✅ Can create attractive and practical café menus
✅ Understands food costing, portion control and wastage management
✅ Can manage kitchen staff and maintain discipline
✅ Maintains excellent hygiene and food-safety standards
✅ Can work efficiently during busy service hours
✅ Is passionate about food and wants to grow with a developing brand

Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of working experience in hotel or restaurant as a Barista.
Minimum qualification +2 cleared
Basic computer knowledge
Good communication skills in English , Nepali and Hindi language .
