Big news for international students!

Norway has officially changed its tuition fee policy.

From August 2026, public universities will have the flexibility to reduce tuition fees for non-EU/EEA students instead of charging the full cost.

⚠️ This does NOT mean Norway is completely tuition-free again.

It means each university can now decide its own tuition fees, so some programmes may become significantly more affordable than before.
