🌟 We are thrilled to announce our first-ever summer intern! 🌟

Trade Tech had the pleasure of hosting our very first intern this summer. Erica Broadhurst dedicated her time to mapping out our company's sustainability practices and developing a baseline for future sustainability reporting. She also evaluated and enhanced our recruitment process, aligning it with our vision of excellence.

Erica's work involved analyzing our internal processes and gathering data to help us better understand and improve our environmental impact. She has laid a vital foundation for us to systematically report on sustainability moving forward.

Erica's recruitment work involved developing a comprehensive guide for the entire recruitment process. This guide encompassed several aspects, from onboarding procedures to final evaluation forms. This has provided a solid framework for attracting and integrating talent at Trade Tech.

We extend our thanks to Erica for her contributions this summer!
