From our base in Cape Verde, we are developing a new premium seafood category for international markets. Our initial focus is Europe, and we are now looking for a Sales Director who can help build the commercial platform and take our products to market.
This is a rare opportunity to join early in a company with global ambitions, strong sustainability credentials and a truly international scope.
The role is flexible in location but will involve time both in Europe and Cape Verde.

Sometimes the most important things we grow aren’t fish – but connections.

Earlier this July, our team at Nortuna Cape Verde welcomed 80 children from Myrtle Summer Camp for a day filled with learning, laughter, and local food. From dissecting fish and peeking through microscopes to diving into ice-cold plunge tubs Viking-style – it was a day the kids won’t soon forget.

More than anything, it reminded us why building a sustainable business also means being a part of the community around us.
