As the academic year comes to an end, we have had a great time reviewing our successes and the amazing work the students have done on our platform My Student Company. We are so pleased with how well they all did and how wonderful the platform was able to be. We look forward to working with more students next year too!

A large part of the development of our platform involved creating an educational tool which is easy to use for students and stays relevant and fun. Engagement is a large part of successful teaching and learning. We felt that the best way to achieve this was through gamification. 🎮

By making learning fun and exciting with leaderboards and tasks, as well as competitions our platform remains fun and is more than simply a selling place. 🏆🎉

We are so happy to see the success of our platform, My Student Company✨ Future Spark are the creators of the e-commerce platform for student companies, mystudentcompany.com.

We have over 50 registered and active student companies, even more in the process of registering, and a huge increase in daily visitors - new and returning!

We couldn’t achieve this without our amazing partner organisations and the great students involved. My Student Company is an excellent way to achieve our goal of teaching entrepreneurship in a fun and inclusive way and we couldn’t be more proud of our progress.

During times of uncertainty and new hurdles, the importance of entrepreneurship is clearer than any other. While we see others using their creativity and skills to thrive and fill new gaps in our society and lives, often we notice how foreign a concept being an entrepreneur is to most people. Just finished one of our very important Monday Meetings! At Future Spark, Monday Meetings have become an integral part of our week. Since the pandemic began, working from home has proved it's challenges. Using online resources such as Slack and Monday.com have been real life savers! They allow us to discuss every Monday ongoing projects, to delegate tasks and most importantly - have a good catch up! 😀
