The most important training phase of the year is coming up November to January. Off Season Training Program for football players who are ready to put in the work. After retiring from professional football, I’ve finally created a program for players who truly want to do the work required to be fully prepared when the season begins. The sessions are inspired by what I used to do as a professional player, combined with everything I’ve learned through 15 years of training, competition, and coaching. This program is designed for players from the 3rd division up to the Elite level who want to show up to preseason in top shape stronger, faster, and more resilient. It’s for players who want to build a body that can handle a full season of football while reducing the risk of injuries. Program starts November 10th, 2025.
