In Norway, we still have a national gender pay gap. For every 100NOK earned by male employees in Norway, female works earn 87NOK (SSB 2021). Since getting back after the summer it's been a busy one for the Equality Check team. We’re really excited to welcome Sunniva Bøstrand as our Head of Finance & Administration. Sunniva comes to us with a background in corporate banking and finance. She is also the founder of a professional network in her home town of Ålesund, KIN - Kvinner i Næringslivet to support women in business in the local area.
