Soundchecks…

Settling in, getting comfortable before we play ☺️🎶✨�Feeling out the venue, the acoustics, and double-checking transitions and cues in songs.

Come showtime, I like my band tight around me, everyone in their spots, and this is the time to get that right too.�When we can all hear—and hopefully see each other—it’s ready, set, play! 😅🎶✨

Workday today included carrying baby goats, leading tiny ponies to their paddocks and assisting some lovely children at therapeutic riding class 🥹❤️
I also shoveled a lot of poo, tried to take a selfie with my new friend Prada (slide 5) and watched a peacock courtship as seen in slide two 🦚

Stage clothes — something I learned the hard way 😅

If it’s too tight around my ribs, I can’t breathe properly.
My breathing gets shallow… and suddenly my body thinks it’s panicking 😵‍💫

Not exactly how you want to start a show.

So now I always test my outfits first.
If I can’t move like myself and breathe freely… it’s not coming on stage 😅🙏🏼

Ps: Your body will always tell you when something isn’t right—if you listen 🧡
