⛳️ Årets første Para Norgescup er gjennomført!
I helgen gikk startskuddet for sesongen på Borre GK, og hele 45 spillere stilte til start 👏
Tusen takk til klubben for et strålende arrangement og flott tilrettelegging. Ekstra hyggelig at ordfører i Horten kommune, Kristina Bratli, hjelp til under premieutdelingen.
Takk også til E‑car Norge AS som skaffet ekstra golfbilern, noe som er avgjørende for gjennomføringen 🙌

🌿⛳ Utesesongen er i gang på Atlungstad GK!
Denne ukens Trening på Tvers (TpT) ble gjennomført med fokus på banespill og strategi – en super økt med mye læring 👏
👉 Neste trening er 21. mai, og det er fortsatt plass til flere deltakere.

⛳️ Golfglede ved Soon GK!
Nesten 60 brukere ved Catosenteret fikk i dag prøve seg på golf hos Soon GK, og blant deltakerne var det flere som testet NGFs paramotion🙌
En stor takk til Ellen og Per Arne Larsen for en fantastisk gjennomført dag – og for engasjementet dere legger ned for å gjøre golf tilgjengelig for flere 💚

Frist for påmelding til Norgeslekene har gått ut, men det er fortsatt mulig å bli med!
Norgeslekene arrangeres i Skien 11.-14.juni, og golfen spilles på Grenland og Omegn GK.

The World Deaf Golf Championships began with a simple belief: that deaf golfers deserved a true world championship of their own.

That belief became history. 58 golfers from 8 Countries attended the first World Deaf Golf Championships in 1995 at Forest of Arden, England.

Today marks 100 Days to the First Round of the 2026 World Deaf Golf Championships which will be the 15th running of these Championships. Watch out for more posts as we get closer and closer to these Championships.

Endelig sesongstart! Men først: Gratulerer til nye norgesmestere Sesongen er i gang, og vi markerer både åpning av baner og nye norgesmestere. I denne episoden snakker vi om overgangen fra inne til ute, samtidig som vi oppsummerer sim-NM.

I feel very honoured to be mentioned in the R&A World Golf Museum’s new exhibition, “New Voices”. This honour made me reflect on everything that has happened over the past few years. 2017-02-27 – I received my ADHD diagnosis along with a diagnosis of moderate depression. The depression had developed from often feeling misunderstood by the people around me and feeling like a failure as a friend/family member/partner. The assessment also mentioned that I might have autism, but that was not assessed at the time. 2017-05-14 – I played the very first round of golf of my life. 2021-01-07 – I started this account to share my journey and my challenges. 2021-06-30 – I played in my first paragolf tournament, the Henrik Stenson Paragolf Challenge. 2022-02-14 – I played in my first international paragolf tournament. 2022-04-17 – I received my autism diagnosis, and suddenly I had an explanation for many of the challenges in my life. 2022-06-22 – I was named Paragolfer of the Year and received a scholarship from @henrikstenson_fdn I have experienced so many more incredible things during these years. But the dates above mean a little extra, because each of them marked the beginning of so many wonderful things. On August 15, 2018, I took my first individual golf lesson and told @fredrikeliasson72, “I’m want to become the best golfer I can be, with regard to my limitations.” I could never have imagined what other adventures that would lead to. There are so many people to thank for helping me along the way. I can’t mention everyone, you truly are a wide and wonderful group — from @annikas59 for being an inspiration long before I started playing and Daniel, who gave me the first bag of “junk balls” to practice with, and Niclas, Fredrik, Anna, Mattias, Oscar, and of course Markus for all the swing training, to @sarahskonby, @henrikstenson, @mattiastourfit, @karlstadgolfklubb, @crownwood.club @titleistsverige and @footjoy_nordic, who have supported my journey with funding and equipment, all my caddies i.e. @osterberg_golf @wildahjarestam @mooreo55 and last but not least all of you who have been there through every emotional roller coaster. ❤️
