Svenn-Erik Mamelund, who led the CAS project 'Social Science Meets Biology' in 2022/2023, shares his reflections in Forskerforum on how diversity alone doesn’t automatically advance the research frontier. He highlights CAS as an example of a research environment that sought to combine expertise with diverse perspectives.
His insights open up an important discussion: How can research teams best balance diversity and academic excellence to thrive?
(Lenke i kommentarfeltet)
