🚀 Induct og Portsmouth universitetssykehus utvider samarbeidet – får AstraZeneca med på laget.

Sammen skal selskapene implementere Induct sitt system for pasientforløp i nye sykehus. AstraZeneca har 57.000 ansatte i 100 land og er et av verdens ledende og mest innovative biofarmasøytiske selskaper.

"Dette er en viktig milepæl for Induct og en enorm mulighet for selskapet. Sammen skal vi implementere systemet vårt i seks nye sykehus i astmanettverket drevet av Portsmouth. Slik skaper vi en skalerbar modell som kan anvendes av sykehus over hele verden", sier administrerende direktør i Induct, Synnøve Jacobsen.

We are delighted to share that Ignacio Orteu Giménez has accepted the role as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in Induct.

“Ignacio has an impressive and broad background with 35+ years of technical and business management experience from companies with a strong international growth and marketing focus. He has held CEO and CTO roles in previous companies within IT security and healthcare technologies and will be a great asset to the company going forward”, says Induct CEO Synnøve Jacobsen.

“I am very glad to be, as I see it, at the right place at the right moment. Induct is working on very interesting and important projects. Induct has worked with Akershus University Hospital for many years, and we will now strengthen our collaboration further by supporting Ahus with their innovation portfolio- and process management.
“Ahus is an acknowledged innovator in the Norwegian healthcare sector, with solid results on the national innovation indicator. We are looking forward to continue supporting their innovation team with both software solutions and best practices”, says Induct CEO Synnøve Jacobsen.

We are happy to share that Sykehuset Østfold HF has signed a subscription agreement with Induct to use our Innovation Management module.

«Sykehuset Østfold HF has a proven track record within healthcare innovation, and we are delighted that they will be using our Innovation Management module further to strengthen their efforts and position in this area”, says Induct CEO Synnøve Jacobsen.

The agreement also includes our new Quality Improvement module, one of three new modules we offer to the Norwegian healthcare sector.

Yesterday we published the interim report for Q2. As expected, the EBITDA has stabilized and the positive Q1 trend continued in Q2 with a 117% YoY growth. EBITDA totalled 3,7 million in Q2 and 6,2 million YTD 2024.
EBITDA indicates how well we are managing our day-to-day operations, and our operational efficiency. It’s an important indicator of our product profitability and how much we invest in future potential. Combined with a stable gross margin on platform revenues, which increased from 94% in Q2 2023 to 95,1% in Q2 2024, we have a strong foundation in our core business.
It is based on this foundation we are investing heavily in future growth through new products and services, including the NHS care pathway.

Vi har inngått en intensjonsavtale med et internasjonalt farmasiselskap og Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust for å øke spredning og adopsjon av Induct sin kjernejournal og pasientforløp for alvorlig astma.
I kvartalsrapporten for Q1 2024 annonserte vi at et internasjonalt farmasiselskap hadde ytret ønske om et samarbeid. Vi kan i dag melde at alle tre partene nå har signert en intensjonsavtale om å gjennomføre fase 1 av et samarbeidsprosjekt. I denne fasen er målet å implementere Induct sin løsning i alle sykehus tilknyttet spesialistsenteret for alvorlig astma i Portsmouth. I neste fase er målet å samarbeide om spredning av Induct sin løsning til hele England.

Dette er et utrolig spennende og viktig prosjekt, og vi gleder oss til samarbeidet vi snart skal i gang med.
