Call it old school. Most of my traditional sourdough recipes are kept offline - because the hands finds them easier to reach than fiddling around touch screens. Do you keep your recipes offline too?

If you spot bagels shaped like these, they're mine! You've probably seen me rave about lørdagsbagels. Topped with assorted goodies - poppy seeds, h**p seeds, black and white sesame. 4 bagels in a set. Sourdough bagels get a day's worth of fermentation and proofing before being boiled and baked to perfection. Want some?
