🎥 MOVIE PREMIERE: GO AFRICA — Join us for the special premiere of Go Africa Movie on Thursday, 7 May in Oslo! 🙌

GO Africa (directed by David Cunningham, 2025) is a powerful film that tells the story of Christians in Nigeria who continue to follow Jesus in the midst of persecution, hardship and remarkable courage. The film highlights both the suffering and the hope of the churches in Nigeria and across Africa, and invites us to stand together with our brothers and sisters in prayer and faith.

After the screening, we will have a time of response and prayer — for the persecuted churches, for God’s work in Africa, and for our own hearts to be moved and challenged.

🍿 Everyone is welcome. Snacks and soft drinks will be available for purchase at the venue. All proceeds will go towards covering the costs of the evening and supporting the ministry.

PRAY FOR THE NATIONS 👟 — SRI LANKA 🇱🇰 — At , we set aside time to pray for a nation each week. This week, we’re praying for Sri Lanka! 🙌

Sri Lanka is an island country in South Asia, located just off the southern coast of India. It has a population of around 23.3 million people and is known for its rich culture, beautiful landscapes, and long history 🏝️The majority religion is Buddhism (69.8%), followed by Hinduism (12.6%), and Islam (10.7%). Sri Lanka has experienced periods of conflict in the past, but today it is rebuilding and developing, while still facing economic challenges and social needs in many communities.

🙏 Pray for strength, unity and boldness for Christians in Sri Lanka, that they would be a light in their communities and remain firm in faith.🙏 Pray for wisdom and integrity for leaders, and for economic stability, justice and peace across the country.

🙏 Pray for those facing hardship, poverty or uncertainty, that God would provide, bring hope and open doors for restoration and opportunity.

VISION SUNDAY ✌️ — We held our Vision Sunday (our 2nd Annual Meeting), where we shared reports from the past year and our plans for the year ahead 🥰

It was a meaningful time of remembering what God has done in us and through us, and of renewing our trust in Him and His wonderful plans for the future 🎉

VISJONSSØNDAG 🥁 — We warmly invite you to our Vision Sunday this Sunday, 15 March at 11:00. This Sunday service will also be our second annual gathering as a church.

Together, we will look back and celebrate what God has done in and through Crosspoint in 2025. We will also share our vision and plans for 2026 as we continue to seek God’s guidance for the year ahead. 🎉

Following the service, we will hold a short members’ meeting for voting on the annual meeting. All members are encouraged to stay and participate.

❤️ — So grateful to have .norway from at yesterday. We went out into the city to share the love and truth of God. The gospel was shared at least 40 times, and we saw God moving in our city.

After the Lovsangskveld, we had the joy of celebrating two guys who said “yes” to Jesus! What an amazing day!! 🙌

We continue to pray for everyone we met and spoke with in the city, and for those we will be following up in the days ahead 🙏🔥

LOVSANGSKVELD 🫶 — We are excited to invite you to a Lovsangskveld on Thursday, 5 March at 19:00, together with a team from YWAM Grimerud. It’ll be an evening of worship and prayer as we seek God together 🔥

Before the lovsangskveld, we will be going out for outreach in the city, and you are very welcome to join us from 15:00 ❤️

SUNDAY — Today we talked about Abraham and how his life looked very different depending on whether he was driven by faith or by fear. He chose to trust God and live by faith. Through his faithful obedience, God made Abraham the father of many nations ✨
