Hi and welcome to Deep Rest Therapy 🥰

For the last 6 years or so, I have been on an incredible journey from living mostly "from the head" to slowly but surely returning to my body. Learning to listen to the body, and to the emotions and immense knowledge it carries. Around a year ago, after experiencing profound changes with the help of sound and vibrations, I became interested in sound therapy. I have since been studying under various amazing therapists and musicians from all over the world 🙏

In October 2022, I opened a sound therapy and reiki praxis at my home in Oslo and have since been humbly guiding others back to their bodies and back to the present moment.
